§ 62-1. Sales in streets and other public places.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to offer for sale, or sell at public auction or by public outcry, any goods, wares or merchandise or any livestock, or any other personal property, or any real estate or interest therein, upon any street or public place in the city, unless written permission has been obtained from the mayor or designee to do so.
