§ 44-1. Purpose and intent.

F.S. chapter 316 provides that the city has jurisdiction over certain streets, roads, and highways located within the city. It is the purpose and intent of this chapter to provide procedures and rules for the exercise of such jurisdiction of traffic control over such streets, roads, and highways.
