§ 44-2. Enforcement; uniform traffic control law.

It shall be the duty of the city police department or that agency designated to act in that capacity by the city council and other law enforcement officers within Lake County to enforce the rules and regulations contained in this chapter. Parking enforcement specialists may be appointed by the city manager or his designee to exercise those powers of enforcement granted by Florida Statutes.
