§ 22-5. Restrictions on sale of cemetery lots of municipal cemetery.

Latest version.

Only the following shall be eligible to purchase a cemetery lot within any cemetery owned by the city:
(1)

Individuals who own property within the city limits or are residents of the city at the time of purchase of the lots.

(2)

A representative of a deceased person if the deceased person was a resident of the city or owned real property within the city limits at the date of death and the lot is being purchased for the purpose of burial of such deceased person.
