§ 22-6. Duties of director of public works.

Under the supervision of the mayor or designee, the director of public works will:
(1)

Look after and see that proper care of the cemetery is accomplished and see that no lot is used or occupied in violation of this chapter or of any rule, regulation or restriction promulgated by the council.

(2)

Locate all graves on lots prior to an interment.
