§ 4.8. Qualifications of electors.

Latest version.

All qualified electors shall be those residing in the City of Minneola at the time of holding any city election, and shall be otherwise deemed a qualified elector authorized to vote at such city elections as provided under the general election laws of the State of Florida, and shall be registered in the registration books provided for by the City of Minneola or by the county supervisor of elections.
