Uses permitted as special exception uses upon approval in the RMF-2 district are as follows:
(1)

Adult congregate living facilities.

(2)

Community residential homes with an unlimited number of residents.

(3)

Bed and breakfast inn.

(4)

Family child care home.

(5)

Nursing homes.

(6)

Day care center with six to 30 children.

(7)

Model homes and model home sales centers.
