§ 7-92. Changing name of establishment.

No licensee may change the name of an adult entertainment establishment unless and until the licensee gives the mayor or designee 30 days' written notice of the proposed name change, pays the City of Minneola a $3.00 change-of-name fee and complies with F.S. section 865.09.
