§ 78-1. Structures and obstructions encroaching upon bottom width.

It shall be unlawful to place within the city any wall or any structure or obstruction of any nature in the canals, waterways and ditches that shall encroach in, any manner upon the bottom width of such canals, waterways and ditches.
