§ 70-99. Reduced rates or charges.

No water service shall be furnished or rendered free of charge or at a reduced rate to any person; provided, however, that any waivers or relief granted pursuant to section 70-98 of the Minneola Code of Ordinances above are exempt from the terms of this section.
