§ 70-1. Responsibility for billing and collection of charges.

The city finance director shall be responsible for the billing and collection of all rates and charges imposed by this chapter, and it shall be the duty of any police officer or other city employee to obey the instructions of the city finance director in enforcing and carrying out the provisions of this chapter.
