§ 6-2. Sale prohibited near church or school.

Latest version.

No intoxicating liquor, beer or wine shall be sold within 300 feet in an air line from any church or public or private school operated for the instruction of minors in the common branches of learning measured from building to building at their closest points, except such places of business as are already established.
