§ 50-40. Intoxicating beverages.

It shall be unlawful for any person to consume, possess, distribute or in any other way have in his possession any alcoholic beverage, as defined by the laws of the state, within any city park, unless such alcoholic beverage is purchased from a duly permitted vendor operating under a special event permit as authorized pursuant to section 50-73(f).
