§ 46-3. Burial grounds; destroying or cutting foliage.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person wilfully to destroy, mutilate, remove, cut, break or injure any tree, shrub, plant, or gather any flowers placed or being within any cemetery or enclosure for the burial of the dead within the city, without the consent of the owner.
