§ 42-147. Purpose and imposition.

For the purpose of helping to defray the cost of new or expanded parks and recreation facilities and equipment attributable to new construction within the city limits, impact fees are hereby levied on new construction within the city limits in accordance with the provisions set forth on exhibit "A" and other provisions of this article.
