§ 42-99. Payment of fee.

(a)

The feepayer shall pay the water facilities impact fee required by this article to the city when zoning clearance for a building permit is issued by the city or pursuant to a written agreement with the city, but in any event prior to connection to the city's water system. However, a feepayer may pay the water facilities impact fee in installments subsequent to connecting to the city's water system if city, prior to such connection to the city's wastewater system, approves a written agreement for such installments as provided in section 42-112 below.

(b)

All funds collected shall be properly identified by and promptly transferred for deposit in the appropriate water impact fee fund to be held in a separate account as determined in section 42-100 and used solely for the purposes specified in this article.
