§ 42-92. Short title, authority and applicability of article.

(a)

This article shall be known and may be cited as the "City of Minneola Water Impact Fee Ordinance."

(b)

The city council has the authority to adopt this article pursuant to general law.

(c)

This article shall apply in the incorporated areas of the city as well as the unincorporated areas served by the city water system.
