§ 42-103. Timing of water capital line extensions.

Insofar as capital utility line extensions are dependent upon collection of water facilities impact fees for funding, the city makes no time commitment as to when those lines will be constructed. As funds are available from water facilities impact fees, capital utility line extensions will be constructed by the city based upon a priority schedule as determined by the city council.
