§ 42-39. Payment of fee.

(a)

The feepayer shall pay the wastewater facilities capital recovery fee required by this article to the city when zoning clearance for a building permit is issued by the city or pursuant to a written agreement with the city, but in any event prior to connection to the city's wastewater system. However, a feepayer may pay the wastewater facilities capital recovery fee in installments subsequent to connecting to the city's wastewater system if city, prior to such connection to the city's wastewater system, approves a written agreement for such installments as provided in section 42-112 below.

(b)

All funds collected shall be properly identified by and promptly transferred for deposit in the appropriate wastewater capital recovery fee fund to be held in a separate account as provided in section 42-40 and used solely for the purposes specified in this article.
