For the first through third unnecessary/false alarm, inclusive, as set forth in section 32-07 of this code, occurring in any given 12-month period, a warning shall be issued in
writing; for the fourth and fifth unnecessary/false alarms in the same 12-month period,
a fee of $100.00 shall be assessed; and for the sixth and seventh unnecessary/false
alarms in the same 12-month period, a fee of $250.00 shall be assessed. All unnecessary/false
alarms in excess of seven in one 12-month period shall be assessed a fee of $500.00
for each alarm.
