§ 32-02. Bureau of fire prevention and inspection.

The fire chief shall be designated as fire official/fire marshal. A fire prevention bureau in the fire rescue department is established, which fire prevention bureau shall be operated under the supervision of the fire chief. The fire marshal of the city shall be responsible for the enforcement of the fire prevention code of the city.
