§ 30-125. Enforcement.

The city code enforcement department is hereby authorized to enforce the provisions of this article. The city code enforcement department may utilize the procedures outlined in F.S. ch. 162 to address any property determined by the code enforcement officer to be in violation of the City Code in addition to or in the alternative to any of the procedures available to the city pursuant to all applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations.
