§ 2-91. Code to be prepared; adoption.

(a)

The document entitled the City Personnel Policy attached to Ordinance No. 2003-21 as Exhibit "A" is hereby approved and adopted pursuant to section 6.2 of the Charter of the City and shall apply to all current and future employees of the city after the effective date of Ordinance No. 2003-21 [Nov. 13, 2003].

(b)

Any and all personnel codes and policies of the city existing prior to the effective date of Ordinance No. 2003-21 are hereby repealed in their entirety.

(c)

All current and new employees shall be provided a copy of the city's personnel policy as attached as exhibit "A" and a signed receipt evidencing delivery of the attached policy shall be obtained and kept in each employee's personnel file.
