§ 18-211. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Car lot means any business, person or entity selling or displaying for sale automobiles, trucks or other motor vehicles located on property within the city limits. Three or more vehicles for sale shall constitute such a business subject to regulation under this article.
