§ 18-272. Existing tattoo establishments.

Following final passage of Ordinance No. 2010-10, all existing tattoo establishments may remain in their current location, even if they are located in a business district (B-1) fronting on U.S. Highway 27, and shall not be subject to the requirements contained in section 18-270. However, such existing tattoo establishments must come into compliance with all other requirements of this article within 12 months of the final passage date if they have not already done so.
