§ 18-72. Permit and business tax receipt required.

No itinerant vendor, solicitor, or peddler shall offer any goods for sale, lease or trade within the city without a permit from the city manager authorizing such sales and a business tax receipt. The itinerant vendor, peddler, or solicitor shall carry the permit at all times while conducting the activities permitted by such permit.
