§ 18-39. Prohibited coin-operated machines.

Nothing contained in this article shall be construed to authorize the licensing of slot machines or other gambling machines or devices, including, but not limited to, those slot machines or devices prohibited by F.S. § 849.16, whatsoever within the City.
