§ 14-6. Violations; penalties.

(a)

Any person who shall be found guilty of violating this chapter or any standard adopted hereby shall be punished as for a violation of this Code of Ordinances as set forth in section 1-14.

(b)

Any condition caused or permitted to exist in violation of any provision of this chapter or any standard adopted hereby shall be deemed a nuisance and shall be subject to abatement by the city. Each day that such condition continues shall be regarded as a new and separate offense.

(c)

Each such person shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each and every day or portion thereof during which any violation of any of the provisions of this chapter or any standard adopted hereby is committed, or continued and, upon conviction of any such violation, such person shall be punished as provided in section 1-14.
