§ 1.1. Creation; general municipal powers.

The City of Minneola, Florida, is hereby created which shall have all governmental, corporate and proprietary powers to enable it to conduct municipal government, perform municipal functions and render municipal services, and may exercise any power for municipal purposes except as otherwise provided by law.
